Ordering
Follow our simple ordering process at www.pleifactory.com.
Browse the full range of Plei products under the Collection tab on the main menu. Then choose the model or bundle you would like from the drop-down list on the left of the screen and follow the simple checkout process.
Ordering on the website
You can place your order by selecting the product you would like and adding it to your shopping cart. When you are happy with the products you selected, click the “See the cart” button at the bottom of your drop-down list or the shopping cart symbol at the right upper corner of our site.
On the Shopping cart page you are able to choose the destination of shipment. For more information on the shipment methods see Shipping. After you have chosen your shipping destination, you will be taken to the payment section of the PayPal-website. This is a secure website; all details you fill in here are private and confidential. No record of your card details will be kept on our database. Once you have filled in all card details correctly, click the ‘make payment’ button. Once your payment has gone through you will receive e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
Prices
Prices are quoted in € Euros.
Methods of Payment
We use PayPal as our payment method. PayPal is safe and easy way for you to pay your purchase. Note! You don’t have to have PayPal Account to purchase from pleifactory.com
PayPal accepts the following cards online:
Visa – American Express – Giro Pay – JCB – Master Card – PayPal Account
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving your Plei products.
Stock availability
If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email. If we’ve sold out you we’ll tell you how long you will have to wait until new stock arrives. Please note that we will take full payment for all out of stock items at the time the order is placed. In most cases, the product pages of the site should signal those products that are currently out of stock, with anticipated delivery dates.
Plei Factory reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be reimbursed for the full cost of the order. Plei Factory dispatches all goods from its Finnish office.
Pre-ordering Plei products
Some special edition products will be available for pre-order. This will always be clearly marked on the product page. If this is the case, payment will be taken at the moment you place your order. The expected delivery date will be clearly indicated on the product page. Your order will be sent out to you as soon as the products arrive in stock.
Amending or cancelling an order
If you would like to amend your order, please let us know by e-mail to sales@pleifactory.com. If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Send your cancellation to sales@pleifactory.com. Remember to name your email correctly so that we can react right away. For example: “Baron Order cancellation”
Privacy policy
The information you give us is strictly confidential and will not be distributed to other parties. We will only use your personal details in the following way:
- To send you product information and updates via our newsletter (if you have opted in for this).
- To occasionally send you free promotional materials.
- To invite you for special events in your area.
When you place an order with us, we will not retain any of your credit card details. When you would like to place another order, you will have to provide your card details. You can always create PayPal Account to fasten your purchase.
